This is our way of offering you an incentive to purchase all your leather goods from us. Purchase any full priced item in store or online and earn reward dollars towards your next spend. For every $500 spent, you will receive a $50 discount voucher to use against your next purchase.

Via La Moda usually goes on sale twice a year. You will be the first to be notified so that you can prepare yourself for the bargains to be had. VIP customers will also receive extra discount on sale items.

Via La Moda VIP program Terms and Conditions
1.It is free to join the Via La Moda VIP program. To be eligible for benefits from the VIP program, you must supply a valid e-mail address and password when purchasing online, or present you member card when purchasing in store.

2.Every dollar you spend on full priced merchandise at Via La Moda will go towards your rewards discount total. When your total dollar spend reaches $500 you will be entitled to $50 discount. Reward Dollars will not accrue on sale or discounted items or in conjunction with any other discount unless specified by Via La Moda.

3.Reward discounts can only be used against your next purchase made at Via La Moda, either online or in store and cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or used as a negotiable instrument.

4.By using your VIP card you accept and agree to these terms and conditions.

5.Via La Moda may amend or replace these terms and conditions and the benefits of the VIP program at any time and without notice. Via La Moda will endeavor to notify all VIP members of changes yet will not be liable if does not.

6.VIP members information will strictly be used for internal purposes and will never be shared or divulged to any other parties. By becoming a VIP member you consent to this.

How do I join?
Simple, either fill in a VIP application form at the store, or complete the VIP form online. It is important to fill in a valid e-mail address and correct postal address. Once signed up, we will post you your VIP card and once you reach your discount reward total, we will post you your discount voucher or you can claim your discount automatically at checkout when purchasing online.

Is there a joining fee?
No. Joining is free, remember we are rewarding you!

Do I need an email address to join the team?
Yes, its mandatory to supply a valid email address to become a member of Via La Moda VIP rewards program as the system uses this to maintain your account.

How do I earn Reward Dollars?
• Every dollar that you spend with Via La Moda goes toward your Reward Discount total. Once your total dollar spend reaches $500 you will be issued with $50 discount.

• The $50 Reward Discount can only be used against the next purchase made at Via La Moda either in store on online at www.vialamoda.com.au

• Any Reward Discount dollars credited in error or relating to a transaction cancelled or reversed where a refund is given will be deducted

• Reward Discounts issued under the Program are not transferable, are not redeemable for cash and are not negotiable instruments.

What happens if I lose or damage my card?
If you lose or damage your card, we will replace it for you. Simply contact us on (07) 5526-8820 and let us know.

What happens if I lose my Reward Dollars docket/voucher?

We take care of the details for you. If you lose your reward dollars docket and are shopping in store just let the Via La Moda sales staff know and we’ll find your reward for you on line your discount will automatically be applied.
